Design and implement scalable, reliable backend systems and APIs with a focus on maintainability and performance. Lead technical standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will design and implement complex system functionality for the core platform while coordinating across teams to ensure stability and performance. Additionally, you will review code to maintain high quality and translate business requirements into architected technical solutions.

The role involves establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships across all levels, partnering with internal teams and System Integrators (SI's) in application delivery, and continuously educating customers on Unqork features. The manager will also develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion by understanding use cases and proactively suggesting additional applications.
