The Teaching Assistant will provide administrative support for the CGPS 4 Seasons of Reconciliation program and moderate synchronous and asynchronous learning activities. They will also collaborate with program leads to support peer-facilitators and assist in developing educational materials.

The online facilitator is responsible for instructing and facilitating an online course, including managing communications, discussions, and grading. They must foster student involvement through engaging activities while maintaining professional standards and timely communication.
