The Junior Underwriter acts as a bridge between approvals and contracts by rehashing approved applications with dealerships to capture contracts. They assess overall risk, structure deals for optimal outcomes, and maintain strong dealer relationships.

The Area Manager is responsible for signing, retaining, and expanding relationships with independent and franchise dealerships within an assigned territory. They must also provide best-in-class customer service, resolve dealership issues, and meet daily outbound call and talk time targets.
