Own steady-state support for SMB and mid-market accounts by triaging and resolving technical support tickets. Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to identify systemic bugs and improve platform workflows.

The Partner Manager will support the Partnerships Director in managing and developing relationships with US-based strategic partners, coordinating sales efforts, and assisting with joint go-to-market activities. Responsibilities also include onboarding new partners, supporting enablement through training, collaborating on marketing materials, and tracking partner performance metrics.

The Validation Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Uncountable’s software systems meet internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. This includes planning, executing, and maintaining software validation activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role involves synthesizing data from external regulatory, environmental, and chemistry data providers into actionable information. It also includes evaluating, onboarding, and managing ingredient and regulatory databases.
