The developer will build, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse data models. They will also participate in solution design, testing, and production deployments while ensuring compliance with federal security and accessibility standards.

Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis to support the modernization of enterprise applications. Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and professional documentation while collaborating with technical teams.

Develop and maintain scalable Power Platform applications, including canvas apps and automated process flows, within a Federal environment. Create Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs to streamline business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Lead the execution of Federal Microsoft programs, ensuring contractual compliance and high customer satisfaction. Drive organic growth and P&L performance across a portfolio of programs while managing a team of 30-40 FTEs.
