The QA Manager will define the overall quality strategy, standards, and tooling for the platform. They are responsible for owning the release confidence signal and managing bug triage across web, mobile, and backend surfaces.

Own and improve the end-to-end procure-to-pay and employee expense processes, including invoice intake and payment execution. Serve as the system owner for Ramp, Airwallex, and NetSuite integrations to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Architect and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines and scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployments and ensure high availability and security of cloud environments.

Own the product definition and execution for business-critical integrations in domains like KYC, payments, and authentication. Collaborate closely with engineering and third-party partners to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and ensure real-world stability.
