The Cargo Claims Specialist is responsible for processing claims and providing effective solutions for customers and carriers. This role acts as an in-house expert to protect company assets while maintaining high service standards.
The intern will support various technology teams including Product, Engineering, Data, and AI by assisting with project assignments and documentation. They will also help track project timelines, analyze data for reporting, and identify automation solutions to improve process efficiency.
Lead development teams and shape technology strategy while mentoring engineers and coaching Scrum teams. Drive delivery across Trinity’s application portfolio and champion Agile best practices.
