The Database Administrator will manage, monitor, and maintain multi-cloud database environments including Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. They are responsible for ensuring high availability, performance optimization, security compliance, and automating recurring operational tasks.
Provide level 2 technical support to diagnose and resolve issues while maintaining accurate hardware and software asset tracking. Collaborate with IT teams to manage projects, ensure compliance with security baselines, and maintain process documentation.
The specialist will provide Tier I, II, and III support for hardware, software, and peripherals while managing Office 365, Azure, and Intune environments. They are also responsible for creating SOPs, mentoring junior staff, and performing ticket analytics to identify trends.
Lead client relationships and oversee multiple project teams to design and implement growth strategies for life sciences clients. Drive new business development and ensure high-quality delivery of analytics projects, including AI and technology deployment.
