The Trial Strategy Coordinator manages the operational processes and knowledge systems used to develop patient recruitment and retention strategies. This includes owning the RFI process, maintaining the Therapeutic Area Library, and coordinating cross-functional inputs for winning proposals.

Develop and own patient recruitment and retention strategies by translating complex protocols and patient insights into actionable plans. Lead client bid defenses and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategies are operationally feasible and commercially competitive.
