The Senior Accountant manages the general ledger, performs month-end closing activities, and prepares financial statements and reports. They provide analysis of complex financial data and support executive directors and department heads with accounting guidance.

Oversees complex accounting operations and ensures GAAP-compliant financial reporting for a portfolio of entities. Leads technical accounting analysis for acquisitions and manages the full month-end and year-end close processes.

The Resident Services Coordinator provides outreach, education, and navigation of resources for residents living independently in senior or family housing. They develop collaborative relationships with residents and community providers to support independent living.
