(West Region) P&C Customer Success Representative
The Customer Success Representative will provide high-quality support to customers and brokers by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and assisting with insurance and underwriting questions. They will also support broker onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
