The British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA)

The Regional Humane Educator is responsible for implementing and managing humane education programs across schools and community centers within their designated region. They also oversee the recruitment and management of temporary staff and volunteers while conducting community outreach and administrative tasks.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service and accurate information via inbound and outbound calls, handling general inquiries, entering animal cruelty complaints, and transferring calls within the BC SPCA. This position serves as the first contact in the investigation process, taking reports and dispatching Animal Protection Officers across the province.
