The Dean of Graduate Studies is responsible for the vision, quality, and evolution of graduate teaching and learning, overseeing curriculum, instruction, and academic success teams. Key duties include setting academic strategy, managing accreditation, and leading faculty development to improve student outcomes.

Manage bi-monthly payroll processing and employee benefits administration while ensuring tax and regulatory compliance. Support the Finance team with month-end close activities, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to introduce enterprise solutions to mid-market K-12 school districts. Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline development and forecasting to closing new business and delivering product presentations.
