Provide technical engagement support for the Content Claim Standard and Trackit tool to improve the certified supply chain. Act as a bridge between technical departments and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into accessible content.

Lead the strategic design and continuous improvement of the organization's standards system and foundational documents. Oversee the Standards and Policies sub-team to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with regulatory expectations.

The Senior Director will oversee the assurance and traceability pillars of the standards system, including certification body management and digital tool development. They are responsible for evolving strategies to ensure system integrity, scalability, and alignment with regulatory and market expectations.
