The Head of Legal will serve as the primary legal point of contact, managing end-to-end contract lifecycles and advising leadership on corporate governance. Additionally, the role involves overseeing lobbying compliance and establishing scalable legal processes across the organization.

Lead the design and implementation of a production-grade agentic layer to enable AI agents to offer and fulfill refund solutions. This includes building RAG pipelines, MCP servers, and ensuring compliant AI outputs through guardrails and evaluation frameworks.

Drive the master positioning and GTM messaging for Teak's refund protection solutions across partner and consumer audiences. Lead product launch execution and create enablement materials to support Sales and Customer Success teams.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building executive-level relationships and securing coverage across key stakeholders. They are responsible for driving the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
