The Senior Software Engineer will drive technical innovation and excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and maintainable software solutions. They are responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and solving complex technical problems to meet business goals.
You will own the full product lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery and technical scoping to implementation and delivery of voice AI solutions. You will lead a small delivery team while building and shipping agentic pipelines that integrate with external telephony and AI services.
