SUNROCK DISTRIBUTED GENERATION

Lead all engineering activities for a distributed generation Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio from origination through operational handover. Establish engineering standards and coordinate with EPC partners, utilities, and equipment suppliers to ensure technical viability.

The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting, including the monthly close process, audit coordination, and JV entity management. They will also manage corporate cash flow, treasury activities, and provide strategic financial analysis to executive leadership.

Acts as the owner's representative for C&I solar and BESS projects, overseeing EPC partners to ensure contractual and safety compliance. Manages project schedules, risk escalation, and communication between host customers and internal stakeholders.

The Associate will support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, project investments, and financings for a distributed generation platform. Key duties include developing financial models, coordinating due diligence, and managing transaction data rooms.
