The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the timely follow-up, tracking, and resolution of unpaid and underpaid insurance claims across multiple provider entities. They will investigate claim denials, document all follow-up activities, and coordinate with the Revenue Cycle Manager to reduce days in AR.

The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design, integration, and deployment of AI-driven systems across internal operations and client environments, focusing on architecture, automation engineering, and revenue enablement. Key duties include designing AI system architecture, building automations using various tools, supporting internal teams with AI enablement, and translating client needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
