The Propulsion Engineer is responsible for preparing engineering specifications, reports, and design criteria for rail vehicle propulsion systems. They will evaluate carbuilder designs, witness equipment testing, and interface with railway clients and internal departments.

Lead and grow a software engineering team within the Digital Advisory Products division, balancing hands-on delivery with technical leadership. Responsible for defining engineering best practices, overseeing multiple concurrent projects, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Lead client projects and provide economic research and analysis for infrastructure-related questions. Manage day-to-day client interactions and support business development through proposal and marketing efforts.
