The Head of Corporate Investment will drive inorganic growth through a focused mergers and acquisitions strategy and identify strategic partnership opportunities. They will also assist senior leadership in maintaining a proprietary data set on the hypersonic industry to support long-term planning and investment decisions.

Conduct advanced CFD analyses for captive carry and hypersonic vehicles, focusing on interference effects and high-enthalpy flows. Develop and validate large aerodynamic databases while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate results into vehicle design.

Provide financial oversight, analysis, and reporting for various programs, including cost baselines and revenue forecasting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop program financial reporting and support business proposals for the US Government.

Directs the preparation and accuracy of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports. Oversees technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and coordination with external auditors.

Provide legal support for government contracting, aerospace transactions, and corporate governance within a fast-paced defense environment. Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and export control regulations.
