Supervise ID Card operators across geographically dispersed U.S. locations, maintaining full staffing and coordinating with site leads on attendance, productivity, and personnel matters. Manage timesheets, hiring and separation paperwork, mandatory training compliance, and communication of performance issues to the Program Manager and Government contacts.
