The Senior Consultant will gather business requirements and analyze Aladdin data to support investment, risk, and operational reporting needs. They will collaborate with technical teams to design scalable data solutions, improve operating models, and mentor junior staff.

Consultants will support clients through Aladdin implementations by gathering business requirements, troubleshooting data issues, and configuring pre and post-trade workflows. They will also facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure operational readiness for go-live.

The Financial Analyst will support monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting while providing commercial insight to leadership. They will also develop financial models and dashboards to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and project-level profitability analysis.

The role involves establishing and leading a Program Management Office (PMO) to drive complex financial services transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on BlackRock Aladdin implementations.
