Lead and manage the SBA and Portfolio Management teams while overseeing a portfolio of commercial and small-business loans, including servicing, financial reviews, risk ratings, compliance, and delinquency monitoring. Identify and manage credit risks and workout situations, prepare loan reviews and committee presentations, support customer requests, and pursue relationship growth opportunities.
