Provides third-level technical support, administration, and maintenance for assigned applications, databases, and servers. Serves as the Microsoft 365 System Administrator responsible for installing and troubleshooting cloud technologies.

The role focuses on the installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of Microsoft cloud technologies and assigned applications. Additionally, the engineer will establish enterprise-grade application development governance and SDLC standards to mature the internal development ecosystem.

Provide mental health services, assessments, and case management to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Act as a liaison with external agencies and document clinical progress and billing in EMR systems.
