The Career Coach provides case management and eligibility verification for WIOA participants to help them achieve employment goals. They also coordinate supportive services and maintain accurate documentation of client progress in the TWIST/WIT system.

Conduct in-person site visits and wellness observations for unaccompanied children to ensure safety and compliance with program requirements. Provide timely, objective documentation of field findings and immediately escalate safety concerns or reportable incidents to supervisors.
