Lead the IT PMO by establishing governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and portfolio management practices to drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Partner with executive leadership to prioritize investments and ensure technology projects generate measurable business value.

Responsible for maintaining MD/DO licenses, collecting CMEs, and managing the initial and re-credentialing process for physicians. This includes conducting background investigations, managing CAQH files, and ensuring compliance with commercial and government payer enrollment criteria.

Handle inbound calls, faxes, and emails to resolve client issues and process medical service requests. Proactively communicate with clients and sales representatives to ensure service level standards are met.

The Inside Sales Representative will conduct high-volume outbound calls to dermatologists to introduce PathologyWatch’s digital pathology solution and follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts. They will support the sales team in pipeline development and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
