The Research Manager will oversee a portfolio of research and evaluation projects, managing them from design through data collection, analysis, and reporting. They will also coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and junior staff while supporting business development and proposal efforts.

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the evaluation team, guiding all evaluation activities, and ensuring the timely production and completion of all required deliverables, including reports and presentations. This involves guiding the desk review, overseeing data collection tools, leading qualitative interviews, and coordinating technical inputs from team members.

The Subject Matter Expert will provide critical expertise on workforce development within the microelectronics sector to guide the evaluation design and analytical methods for the SCALE program assessment. Responsibilities include advising on secondary dataset usage, analyzing recruitment/retention, comparing program effectiveness, and offering recommendations for program improvement and replicability.
