Identify, pitch, and onboard quality publishers, specifically focusing on in-app and CTV inventory, into the SmartyAds MCM ecosystem. Manage the end-to-end integration process and maintain long-term relationships to optimize inventory monetization and fill rates.

Manage a portfolio of 30+ DSP and SSP partners by monitoring account health and optimizing key platform metrics to drive growth. Handle the full onboarding cycle for new partners and serve as the primary technical point of contact for issue triage and escalation.

This role involves developing and executing the strategic growth plan for the SmartyAds SSP and third-party monetization platforms, owning the P&L, and leading publisher acquisition and monetization strategy, including scaling Google MCM partnerships. Key duties include driving CTV/Video supply expansion, managing third-party integrations, overseeing supply quality, defining pricing strategy, and collaborating with Product and DSP teams to maximize liquidity.
