The Program Manager will lead and manage high-value energy efficiency programs, developing annual plans, budgets, and operational strategies. They will also serve as a primary point of contact for utility clients and stakeholders to ensure program goals and energy-saving targets are met.
Lead technical analysis and multidisciplinary projects to develop engineering solutions for building decarbonization and energy efficiency. Conduct field studies and mentor junior staff while identifying new research and consulting opportunities to advance climate solutions.
Conduct primary and secondary research on building decarbonization strategies across residential, multifamily, and commercial sectors. Manage R&D projects from inception to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative energy solutions.
Provide technical leadership on complex research and innovation projects related to building energy systems and emerging technologies. Develop strategic partnerships, secure funding, and mentor junior staff to advance the organization's mission.
