The Head of Servicing will build and own the end-to-end servicing and collections operating model for a new commercial charge card. This role involves managing payment exceptions, customer communications, delinquency, charge-offs, and governance of external servicers.
You will manage the day-to-day investigation and resolution of payment reviews and operational exceptions across various payment rails. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and financial partners to improve operational processes, tooling, and controls.
The role involves editing high-quality customer case studies, interviews, and product demos from raw footage to a broadcast-grade final cut. The editor will own the end-to-end post-production process, including sound design, color grading, and occasional on-location shooting.
The role involves monitoring on-chain and off-chain transactions to identify suspicious patterns and illicit activity. The analyst will conduct deep-dive investigations, perform CDD/EDD, and partner with product teams to refine compliance tooling.
The agent will manage customer success and support operations, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and dashboard, while also documenting and automating operational processes. Key duties include troubleshooting account issues, guiding customer onboarding, resolving inquiries efficiently, and reviewing new customer applications.
