Monitor and maintain the firm's 24/7 production infrastructure, including network and server systems, and proactively troubleshoot incidents to protect service availability and performance. Document and track incidents, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and keep stakeholders informed through resolution.
