The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for building and managing a robust portfolio of major donors to increase annual revenue. This includes executing all stages of the major gift plan, from prospect identification and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship.

Lead the U.S. marketing strategy and global brand consistency while managing the U.S. marketing team and supporting the East Africa team. Collaborate with the CEO and Development Team to drive fundraising efforts and produce high-quality storytelling assets.
