Own and grow relationships with large national insurance carriers by guiding complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close. Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives to deliver AI-driven solutions for insurance challenges.

The Sales Director will be responsible for owning and executing the commercial strategy for the German market, personally leading complex, enterprise-level sales cycles end-to-end to drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships within the German insurance ecosystem. This involves engaging C-level stakeholders, leading specialists, orchestrating internal collaboration, and ensuring predictable revenue performance.

The role involves growing the Health Insurance business in the United States and managing C-level relationships within the Health insurance ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing strategic territory plans, identifying new opportunities, and submitting proposals and contracts to customers.
