Own new-customer sales for SelectLine across Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and Hesse, managing the process from lead generation through contract close. Develop regional prospects and partner relationships, advise customers on ERP solutions, negotiate contracts, maintain the CRM pipeline, represent the company at events, and coordinate with internal teams to support successful customer projects.
Manage the commercial sales process from preparing quotations through order processing, invoicing, and license administration, while supporting the sales team and maintaining accurate CRM and ERP data. Handle customer and partner inquiries, monitor contracts, prepare sales reports, and use AI tools to improve and automate workflows in collaboration with other departments.
Manage a portfolio of business customers as their primary contact throughout the full sales cycle, from orders and onboarding through ongoing support, contract changes, and cancellations. Process customer and contract transactions accurately, proactively develop retention and acquisition ideas, prioritize competing requests, and represent the company at industry events.
