You will work within small cross-discipline teams to maintain and update existing PC and console games, including implementing gameplay features and developing DLC. You will also be responsible for reviewing code, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with client teams to support live game environments.
You will lead cross-disciplinary art teams by setting visual direction, reviewing work, and mentoring artists while contributing directly to asset creation. Additionally, you will participate in client discovery, project planning, and risk assessment to ensure high-quality delivery of game art.
You will lead production for client game projects, managing schedules, backlogs, and dependencies while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You are responsible for identifying risks, facilitating team communication, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from discovery through post-launch support.
