The Finance Manager will own end-to-end day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting. They will also manage payroll, VAT returns, and cashflow visibility to support leadership decision-making.

Lead the scientific quality and operational excellence of genetic analyses and the end-to-end lifecycle of genetic testing. Oversee bioinformatics teams, return-of-results strategies, and population genetics initiatives to support precision medicine programmes.
