Provide holistic advising and proactive outreach to MBA Pro+ students to ensure academic success and timely degree completion. Collaborate with faculty and utilize AI technology to monitor student progress and intervene with at-risk populations.

Deliver the MKT 541 course for MBA Pro+ students by collaborating with proprietary AI avatars to oversee personalized learning experiences. Responsibilities include providing human empathy, conducting synchronous seminars, and validating student assessment data.

The role involves infusing the learning journey with empathy, building professional relationships, and designing synchronous/asynchronous student connection opportunities. Faculty must also offer strategic career coaching and conduct bi-weekly office seminars for mentorship.

The adjunct faculty will design and/or deliver an innovative General Education course titled How to “Be Creative” in Partnership with Computation & Machine Learning, exploring the intersection of computer science, art, and design while engaging with ethical questions. Responsibilities also include collaborating on curriculum development, implementing inclusive teaching practices, and participating in course assessment design and review.

The faculty member will support the design and/or delivery of an innovative General Education course focused on real-life mathematics, ethical dimensions of data, and responsible problem-solving. Responsibilities include implementing student-centered teaching practices, collaborating on curriculum refinement, and engaging in course assessment activities.
