Manage hospital and clinic patient account balances, explain billing and coverage, and help patients access financial assistance, Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans, and payment arrangements. Coordinate collection activities and agency referrals, review accounts and bankruptcies, document actions, and resolve complex financial concerns in accordance with policies and regulations.
