The specialist provides intensive in-home family treatment, therapy, and interventions to help families develop solutions and reduce risks. They manage a caseload of up to five families, maintain program fidelity documentation, and collaborate with community agencies and courts.
The Grant Adherence Specialist will track and prepare reports on awarded grants while maintaining compliance with funder requirements. They will also collaborate with program teams to identify new funding opportunities and develop strategic plans to diversify revenue sources.
