The role focuses on implementing a modern loan servicing platform by managing business processes, loan data, and integrations for clients. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to validate features and ensure successful system adoption.

The role involves operating and improving multi-region GKE clusters and managing the Kubernetes platform layer to support large-scale microservices. You will also partner with development teams to troubleshoot production issues, automate infrastructure via Terraform, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
