Manage the day-to-day execution of data center tenant fit-out projects, including white space build-outs and MEP integrations. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure projects meet safety, budget, and quality standards.

Support Project Managers in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of data center development and construction projects. This includes maintaining schedules, budgets, and documentation while coordinating with cross-functional partners and vendors.

Develop and implement telecommunications infrastructure standards for data centers, focusing on ISP/OSP systems and fiber backbone architecture. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, resilient connectivity and support network engineering for IT/OT systems.

Lead the development and delivery of technical A/S/MEP solutions and coordinate design activities with external engineering consultants. Oversee construction documents and provide onsite leadership to ensure architectural and structural work aligns with design intent.
