Lead and mentor a distributed team of 13 engineers across AI/ML, cloud, and DevOps while driving delivery milestones. Serve as the primary operational link between the US engineering team and European leadership to ensure organizational alignment.
Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for an AI-driven reservoir simulator, translating engineering and commercial needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, guide agile delivery, and monitor model performance and business-value KPIs.
You will be responsible for independently acquiring new customers for MES software and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure. Additionally, you will build and maintain a sales pipeline while positioning technical solutions to meet the specific operational and economic needs of manufacturing clients.
