The software engineer will participate in the full development lifecycle of the Coop platform, including designing new features, maintaining backend APIs, and managing releases. They will also collaborate with the community and stakeholders to identify improvements, review contributions, and ensure high code quality and security.

The Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market strategy for new open source tool releases and drive awareness among developer and safety practitioner communities. They will also manage content creation, event presence, and digital communications to keep ROOST visible and valuable to its users.
