The Compliance Analyst will support day-to-day operations for fraud, sanctions, and dispute programs while using data analysis to identify risk trends. They will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate compliance workflows and support regulatory audits.
You will own the end-to-end video content pipeline, including idea generation, scriptwriting, and packaging for YouTube. You will also direct the editing process and analyze performance metrics to drive audience growth and retention.
You will directly interface with clients to manage inquiries and identify trends to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to enhance the overall product and client experience.
