Collaborates with business owners and engineers to perform exploratory data analysis and refine datasets. Creates user-friendly reports and dashboards to communicate results and business implications to internal customers.

Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts to reduce charge-offs and foreclosures through phone calls and correspondence. Create payment plans and maintain detailed records of account statuses and departmental reports.
