The role involves managing administrative tasks, office needs, and coordinating logistics and shipments between Japan and the New York headquarters. It also includes updating inventory systems and providing operational support to the Japan Operations Manager.

Handle all incoming customer service inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide support to new and existing customers. Act as a liaison between headquarters and retail departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Support the FP&A Director in managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Deliver detailed analytics and reporting to inform executive decision-making for senior leadership and the board of directors.
