The Student Payment Specialist manages student ledgers, implements deferred payment plans, and provides financial counseling to ensure costs are covered. They are also responsible for maintaining payment documentation and ensuring compliance with FERPA regulations.

The Financial Aid Advisor serves as the primary contact for students and staff, providing guidance on financial aid processes and securing eligibility documentation. Responsibilities include conducting outreach via multiple channels and maintaining accurate student records in the information system.

The adjunct faculty member will facilitate competency-based education modules, grade student assignments using rubrics, and provide feedback. They are also responsible for conducting live synchronous sessions to support student learning and success.
