Own and scale critical backend systems, data pipelines, and search APIs to support an AI-native research platform. Collaborate with product engineers to eliminate bottlenecks and establish engineering standards for the backend stack.

Take full ownership of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and developer experience to build a scalable foundation for an AI-native future. Responsibilities include managing the AWS stack, maturing Terraform IaC, and improving observability and reliability via Datadog.

Build and lead the finance function from the ground up, serving as the primary financial partner to the CEO on pricing, headcount, and capital strategy. Manage daily visibility into burn and runway while overseeing the outsourced accounting partner and financial reporting infrastructure.

You will own technical onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts while serving as the primary technical expert for the Customer Experience team. Additionally, you will partner with Sales to provide technical credibility during pre-sales conversations and build internal tooling to improve team efficiency.

The SDR Manager will lead and develop the SDR team, owning performance, growth, and building the daily operating rhythm including standups, 1:1s, and call coaching. This role involves partnering with AE leadership to align on pipeline quality and developing outbound playbooks and prospecting processes.
