Own and scale critical backend systems, data pipelines, and search APIs to support an AI-native research platform. Collaborate with product engineers to eliminate bottlenecks and establish engineering standards for the backend stack.

Take full ownership of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and developer experience to build a scalable foundation for an AI-native future. Responsibilities include managing the AWS stack, maturing Terraform IaC, and improving observability and reliability via Datadog.

You will own technical onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts while serving as the primary technical expert for the Customer Experience team. Additionally, you will partner with Sales to provide technical credibility during pre-sales conversations and build internal tooling to improve team efficiency.
