Lead the development team to grow revenue through multi-channel strategies including major gifts, digital campaigns, and corporate partnerships. Serve as a senior leader to manage donor relationships and ensure sustainable funding for RAINN's anti-sexual violence mission.

The fellow provides legal research and fact gathering on sexual violence issues to support public policy initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting memoranda, analyzing legislation, and maintaining policy databases.
