Design, develop, enhance, and support secure, scalable enterprise web applications throughout the software development lifecycle, translating customer needs into reliable technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues, guide technical direction through code reviews and mentoring, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions for Navy acquisition organizations.
Provide senior systems engineering support to PMA-264’s Production IPT across production planning, integration, verification, and delivery of naval aviation systems. Assess technical readiness, requirements compliance, risks, design changes, and production issues; coordinate resolutions and prepare technical recommendations and briefings for government leadership.
The Subject Matter Expert will collaborate with instructional designers to develop and review training materials for US Navy Personnel Specialist ratings. They will act as a consultant to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with DoD learning objectives.
Responsible for the implementation and training of the NAVAIR AMS Common Spend Plan Management tool for DoD activities. This includes developing technical training materials and interfacing between NAVAIR leadership and other service/agency customers.
