The Training Specialist will develop and deliver technical training curricula for defense systems using Instructional Systems Design methodologies. They will translate complex engineering information into clear instructional content for military and government personnel across various environments.

The Subject Matter Expert will collaborate with instructional designers to develop and review training materials for US Navy Personnel Specialist ratings. They will act as a consultant to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with DoD learning objectives.
Responsible for the implementation and training of the NAVAIR AMS Common Spend Plan Management tool for DoD activities. This includes developing technical training materials and interfacing between NAVAIR leadership and other service/agency customers.
